1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and rbajje ("rbajje", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the rbajje website at https://rbajje.onl and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account management features.

rbajje operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeted at adult players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all monetary transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. By creating a player account or placing a bet, you expressly accept these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

rbajje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notification on the platform. Continued use of rbajje after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The rbajje platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. rbajje takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any funds held pending the outcome of the review.

2.2 Account Registration

To access real-money features, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Each individual may hold only one active rbajje account. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts, or using another person's account, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

rbajje is designed and operated for use by players residing in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and playing. rbajje makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of the intended market. Players who access rbajje from restricted territories do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rbajje support immediately at [email protected]. rbajje will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not observed by the account holder.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rbajje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated periodically.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your rbajje account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. rbajje is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, network outages, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) within the timeframe displayed at the point of withdrawal request. rbajje targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. rbajje reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing withdrawal amounts above specified thresholds.

3.4 Fees

rbajje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges; rbajje is not responsible for any such fees. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all transactions are in BDT.

3.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the rbajje platform to process transactions on behalf of any third party. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity (commonly known as "money cycling") is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

rbajje may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each individual promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. These general bonus terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and some game types may be excluded entirely. rbajje will never apply wagering requirements retroactively to a bonus that was accepted under different stated terms.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

rbajje actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between players. If bonus abuse is detected, rbajje reserves the right to void bonus balances, withhold associated winnings, and close the account in question.

4.4 Seasonal Promotions

From time to time, rbajje may run promotions tied to cultural or sporting events relevant to Bangladesh, including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). Participation in these promotions is voluntary and governed by the terms published at the time of each promotion.

5. Game Rules and Sports Betting

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on rbajje — including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by the respective game provider's published rules, which are accessible within each game interface. rbajje does not alter game mechanics or RNG outcomes.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on rbajje cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the platform. Odds are updated in real time and displayed in decimal format. All bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of rbajje's trading team is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 9.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, market suspension prior to settlement, or verified technical faults. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full. rbajje is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

6. Responsible Gaming

rbajje is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all adult players. We provide a range of tools designed to help you manage your play, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your rbajje account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment wallet after identity verification is completed. Bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by rbajje

rbajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; age verification failure; suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; receiving a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other conduct that rbajje reasonably considers harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay during that period. rbajje may apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period. The account holder will be notified by the email address on file before any dormancy fees are applied. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible by logging in and completing a re-verification process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the rbajje platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the intellectual property of rbajje or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of rbajje content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of rbajje's services, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. rbajje aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team at the same email address, clearly marked as an escalated complaint. rbajje's decision following escalation review is final with respect to matters governed solely by these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rbajje's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or any game or bet shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. rbajje is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

rbajje does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events outside our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, and natural disasters) may affect platform availability. rbajje will endeavour to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

rbajje collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using rbajje, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. rbajje does not sell personal data to third parties. Player data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and regulatory obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and transparency applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rbajje's internal complaints process shall be subject to negotiation in good faith as the preferred first step before any further action is taken.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of rbajje to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and rbajje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

rbajje may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without notice to players. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. These Terms were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026.
